Revisit To Greenwich

I know I did a blog post quite recently about visiting Greenwich but I just thought It would be nice to write another, more about the different places we explore. Greenwich is definitely one of mine & Sam's favourite places to visit, there is always so much going on and lots to explore, so today we thought that as the weather was finally half decent we'd pop on the train and go.

My boyfriend has got his new incredible clothing line (which I will be doing a blog post on very soon so keep your eyes pealed) www.offshoreco.bigcartel.com

It was so nice to explore more of Greenwich University as the buildings are so beautiful, I never knew how much was there to see. Now to drink my Starbucks and Edit this post, Until next time.

Homemade Pizza

If you're someone like me who is pizza obsessed, here is a quick and simple way to make your own homemade pizza. I always think buying all the ingredients, making things from scratch always turns out so much nicer than buying it packaged in a supermarket.

Ingredients:

For the base -

300g Strong bread flour

320g luke warm water

1 Tsp instant yeast

1 Tsp salt

1 Tbsp olive oil

For the Tomato Sauce -

Tescos tomato and herb pizza sauce

For the edges of the pizza -

Chopped up bacon (4 slices)

Grated mature cheddar

For the topping -

Grated mature cheddar

Pre-head oven!

Firstly weight out the amount stated above of strong bread flour, you can use any type of weighing scales for this.

Add water into the bowel.

This is my favourite part, once you have all the ingredients you need, Take the dough and knead it for a few minutes to take some of the air out and to really make sure its evenly mixed together.

You then add into the dough, instant yeast

Sprinkle some salt

Add oil over the dough, then give it a final knead.

Once you have kneaded all the Ingredients together, leave the dough to rise under a tea towel for around 3 minutes.

Im not really someone that likes loads of topping on there pizza but I do love to do this. While you are waiting for your dough to rise, cook some bacon that you can put in the crusts of your pizza that just adds that little bit of flavour.

Once 3 minutes is up, get a rolling pin and start to roll out the dough into the shape you want your pizza to be.

Add the Tomato and herb sauce evenly over the dough.

Then around the edges start to add the bacon, (beforehand cut the bacon up into little pieces)

You can also add grated cheese if you wanted.

Once you have wrapped the edges of your pizza to make the crust, add your toppings, for me its just cheese but please do add whatever suits your fancy.

Leave in the oven for around 25 minutes at Gas mark 200c

Once that time is up you are left with this gorgeous chunky pizza. I couldn't wait to stuff my face in!
